What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and oversee client- and PBM-facing financial guarantee measurement and reporting of key performance metrics
- Manage existing financial guarantee tracking models and implement approved changes to processes and methodologies
- Collaborate with internal technical partners to enhance financial guarantee processes and tools for efficiency
- Monitor and manage variance analyses and dashboard tracking activities
- Perform additional duties to support identified goals and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of PBM or related healthcare/pharmacy experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting, Informatics/Data Management, or Statistical Analytics
- Proficient in data management and informatics, including knowledge of SQL or SAS
- Strong financial and accounting acumen with analytical skills
- Highly organized and a collaborative team player
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial guarantee tracking processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with GAAP principles
- Advanced skills in Excel and data management tools
