What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external customers through phone communication
- Schedule deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for various service providers
- Act as a liaison for customers regarding product availability, equipment assessments, and troubleshooting
- Address and resolve customer service-related issues effectively
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Empathy, passion, and enthusiasm for helping those in need
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple web-based platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to compose clear, concise messages via email and instant message
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience in a customer service or call center environment, particularly within the healthcare or durable medical equipment sector
