Job Description

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex responsibilities
- Fundraising and development planning, program development, execution and evaluation
- Demonstrated successful gift solicitations up to $10,000 as well as donor stewardship experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communications
- Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly; persuasive presenter; experienced fundraiser
- Proficiency with donor data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, Internet
- Exceptional organizational skills, self-directed, able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Minimum three years of proven and effective direct fundraising
- Demonstrated experience with track record of success in annual gifts
- Minimum three years' experience with donor-focused CRM software
- $36.76-$54.06/hour or $76,460.80-$112,444.80/year
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.

Valley View Hospital is looking for an Annual Gifts Officer to help develop, lead, and implement growth strategy for annual giving. Oversees and manages a donor portfolio for prospects and donors up to $10,000. Manages and executes key procedures and activities that advance the overall work of the Foundation.
