      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and functional requirements for Appian-based systems
      - Configure Appian application components, including user roles, security models, and integrations with external systems
      - Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies within Appian development teams
      - Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for Appian applications
      - Maintain comprehensive documentation related to Appian systems in Confluence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
      - Minimum 2 years of experience on Appian projects
      - Proven experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for Appian-based systems
      - Strong knowledge of Appian components, including process models and security configuration
      - Hands-on experience managing a product backlog using Jira or similar tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Appian Analyst or Developer certification
      - Experience facilitating requirement gathering sessions and translating findings into actionable tasks
      - Skilled in leading Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
      - Good knowledge of BPM best practices
