      The Application Analyst II partners with business stakeholders to optimize and support enterprise applications across CRM, ERP, and engineering systems. This role owns day-to-day application support for Salesforce and SolidWorks environments while also supporting underlying SQL Server databases and light server maintenance activities. The position requires a strong systems mindset and the ability to troubleshoot across application, database, and integration layers within a manufacturing environment.

      This role will serve as a key technical liaison between business users and IT, ensuring application reliability, data integrity, and system availability.

      YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

      • Act as the primary application support resource for Salesforce, SolidWorks, and related enterprise systems.
      • Provide configuration, user support, troubleshooting, and system administration for CRM and engineering applications.
      • Support integrations and data flow between Salesforce, SolidWorks, ERP, and other business systems.
      • Partner with business units to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend technology solutions.
      • Support SQL Server environments including basic querying, performance monitoring, and routine maintenance.
      • Assist with database management activities such as backups, indexing, and data integrity checks.
      • Perform light server maintenance including service monitoring and patch coordination with infrastructure teams.
      • Perform data management activities including validation, cleansing, migration, and quality assurance.
      • Conduct system testing and regression validation for new features, integrations, and releases.
      • Provide end-user training and support for new or enhanced systems.
      • Develop functional and technical documentation.
      • Proactively identify opportunities to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.


      YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:

      • 2-3 years of experience in an Application Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
      • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce or similar CRM platform
      • Experience supporting enterprise applications in a manufacturing environment
      • Working knowledge of SQL Server and database management
      • Exposure to system integrations and APIs
      • Experience in maintaining and manager servers and application life cycles
      • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
      • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly


      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience supporting SolidWorks PDM or related tools
      • Background in a manufacturing or engineering-driven environment
      • Experience with ERP platforms (JD Edwards preferred)
      • Experience as a database administrator
