      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and innovate state-of-the-art techniques for long-term memory functionality in AI systems
      - Participate in the entire model development lifecycle, including building, testing, and delivering high-quality AI solutions
      - Optimize datasets for agent development and develop automated techniques for evaluation
      - Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts to tackle real-world challenges
      - Contribute ideas and solutions for applications in legal tech, such as legal documents and drafting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD student or recent MSc graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative disciplines
      - Solid understanding and experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Information Retrieval (IR), and Machine Learning (ML) methods
      - Experience in one or more programming languages (preferably Python) and familiarity with collaborative (e.g., Git) and Cloud (preferably AWS) environments
      - Knowledge of ML/DL/NLP/LLM libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and spaCy
      - Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in NLP with experience building large language models (LLMs)
      - Experience working on legal AI systems, such as legal drafting or contract analysis
      - A law degree (J.D.) or paralegal experience, with domain knowledge in legal, tax, or accounting
