Job Description
- Req#: JR-051884
- Project Costing: Support the cost analysis of past and current projects to help with a project library creation.
- Support in the Creation in Power BI or similar Dash-bord/Score card for CAPEX projects follow up
- Collect relevant information of existing operation units, starting from main operations
- Define a process to secure a regular update of files
- Review, reinforce and relaunch existing sharing processes
- Ensure sharing of best practices for Manufacturing and Capex Projects
- Re-launch the quarterly Engineering newsletter and a yearly Engineering Report
- Help for OR’s documents making them visual for the readers.
Purpose of the position:
Support Global Engineering and Capital Management missions, including collecting and analyzing relevant information from Affiliates (Capex Management, Manufacturing sites). Support the communication of best practices across the Engineering teams
Main tasks and responsibilities:

You are enrolled at an Engineering school and are specialized in Industrial or Mechanical Engineer, or equivalent.
Your first experiences on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, engineering & re-engineering and your financial acumen would be highly appreciated.
You have good command of MS Office; Power BI and AutoCad are a plus.
You speak fluently English; French is a plus but is not mandatory.
