What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, execute, and evaluate projects while managing project teams to ensure quality control
- Provide solutions and problem-solving throughout project life cycles
- Maintain relationships with team members, clients, and vendors
- Oversee project work execution to meet defined scope requirements
- Lead project kickoff meetings and set clear expectations for the project team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or ten (10) years of increasing work experience, including management
- Advanced skills in Revit and proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of construction documents and building safety requirements
- Familiarity with CAD/BIM industry concepts, practices, and procedures
- Proven ability to manage and balance team workloads effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in architectural retail and medical projects
- Knowledge of merchandise/SKU/sales trends and their relationships
- Certification in relevant fields, with employer support for obtaining certification if not already certified
