What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote the use of masonry and hardscape materials in building and landscape design
- Coordinate and deliver presentations to architects, engineers, government officials, and developers
- Increase market opportunities for masonry design and products through lead identification and follow-up
- Provide technical assistance to industry professionals for developing masonry projects
- Distribute literature and material samples to potential clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience in construction/building materials products
- Knowledge of commercial construction, design, and codes
- Strong communication skills in a commercial construction environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with OSC & CRM software programs
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with customers and co-workers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related program
- Sales or technical presentation experience with architects, engineers, or developers
- Ability to read plans and specifications
