Job Description

- Manage the end to end process required to create, develop and maintain architecture diagrams, models, the artifacts and documentation that illustrates the current and target state architecture.
- Architecture modeling and scenario building linking Strategy, Objectives and Goals with Business Capabilities, Processes and Data together with Application and Technical Architectures
- Manage the collaboration with Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to gather and document architectural requirements and constraints and to se-cure completeness of the information.
- Manage and secure that architecture artifacts adhere to established standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Conduct impact assessments and analyze the implications of architectural changes on business processes and systems.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on architecture models and artifacts to pro-actively support the development of roadmaps and strategy realization.
- Contribute in architecture reviews, design sessions, and cross-functional meetings to align archi-tectural decisions with business objectives.
- Identification and resolution of architecture related issues and risks.
- Application Management, monitoring and follow up of the Yara EA tool LeanIX
- Manage, monitor and quality assure all content creation and it’s maintenance
- Ensure timely reviews according to agreed deadlines and targets
- Manage user access rights with profiles and authorizations
- Manage the reporting from LeanIX
- Decide and develop interfaces where required (ARIS, Colibra, YPPM, ServiceNow etc)
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in enterprise architecture to contribute to continuous improvements
- Ad hoc assignments and tasks
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, Information Technolo-gy, chemical or mechanical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, and/or prov-en equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) - essential
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architecture Modeler or similar role within a large organiza-tion - desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically - essential
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders -essential
- Pro-active and ability to get “things done” - essential
- Good level of English language skills (verbal and written) - essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and invite to meet-ings, create and review documentation - essential
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of LeanIX (expert level) - desirable
- Experience in application of Architecture standards such as ArchiMate and BPMN - desirable
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
About the Unit
Digital technology across Yara has embarked on a Digital transformation journey. The Digital Transformation Enablement unit that includes Business and Enterprise Architecture (BA&EA) will facilitate and manage the governance frameworks, and policies. principles and their adoption across the different Regions and Line of Business units in Yara globally.
Background
The establishment of Business Architecture and Enterprise Architecture functions within Yara’s new de-partment Digital Transformation Enablement is required as a critical success factor for the future. The Business Architecture and Enterprise Architecture function has purchased a central repository LeanIX to capture and analyze all the data and metadata about a wide range of artifacts (objects) and provide a “single point of truth” to manage current and future Architecture. This will need to include but not limited to digital strategy linked to business strategies and target operating models, reference architecture, and business capability maps supported by a portfolio of prioritized initiatives, transformation scenarios, roadmaps, architecture drawings, models, data architecture, lifecycle management and change man-agement.
Role
The Architecture Modeler (EA) role is responsible for management of the creation, maintenance and evolving architectural artifacts within the Enterprise Architecture tool (LeanIX) in order to support the realization of the company's strategic objectives. It will be necessary to work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and Digital Technology (IT) teams to ensure that the enterprise architecture mod-els accurately reflect the organization's current and future state.
The Modeler role will lead the evaluation process to determine and propose relevant scenarios for trans-formations including all the required artifacts and background information necessary for timely decisions within the Architecture Governance Processes.
