What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a team of collections professionals and direct collection activities to enhance success rates on Accounts Receivable
- Oversee the collection of outstanding invoices to minimize profit loss while adhering to company policies
- Supervise the collections team to ensure positive results and achievement of departmental goals
- Communicate with clients to foster strong relationships and expedite payment processes
- Analyze collections data and report findings to executive leadership as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in credit and collections
- Strong managerial and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Advanced knowledge of general accounting principles, credit, and collections
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of Deltek / Vantagepoint software

- Experience in a professional services environment, ideally within the Architectural Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector
- Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and train team members effectively
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
