What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute all aspects of sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products
- Engage with healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of renal patients
- Promote the benefits of company products to key customers, including physicians and healthcare staff
- Analyze sales performance and adjust business plans accordingly
- Maintain up-to-date call records and submit necessary reports and paperwork
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience in a complex, competitive marketplace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Renal, Dialysis, Nephrology, Specialty pharma, Rare Disease, and Hospital sales
- Experience working within Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) systems
