- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for effective communication, especially in non-responsive cases and developmental needs in therapy.
- Ensures timely completion of assessments, balancing therapist workload, and applying appropriate therapeutic theory.
- Documents patient responses to interventions and formulating individualized treatment programs based on practitioner orders.
- Designs and delivers activities aligned with patient needs.
- Regularly reassesses patients, updating condition-based plans, and provides direction staff on activity-related groups.
- Maintains timely, thorough documentation in accordance with hospital standards.

- Master’s degree in Art Therapy OR Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) OR Master's degree in Music Therapy OR relevant state licensure/certification.

Our team at ClearVista Behavioral Hospital provides professional, compassionate care for adults and seniors in need of behavioral health services in the Lorain, Oh area. Specializing in treatment of symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, acute psychosis and other mental health crises. Our team of highly trained doctors and clinicians work closely to develop and oversee individualized care plans, with the goal of building the self-reliance and confidence needed for individuals to integrate safely back into their communities.
