- Provide concierge‑style customer support as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring a high‑touch, positive employee experience.
- Independently troubleshoot issues, including navigating ambiguous or gray‑area scenarios, using sound judgment aligned with policy and precedent.
- Serve as the primary support of a specific HR program or process ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Research, resolve, and document HR cases in the case management system with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, CI, and broader HR teams for issue resolution, process alignment, and escalations when needed.
- Maintain up‑to‑date SOPs and knowledge base content for assigned process areas.
- Support mass changes and assist with EIB data preparation and validation, ensuring high accuracy of HR transactions.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

The AskHR Specialist provides high‑quality, concierge‑level support to the business on AskHR inquiries across the Americas. This role is responsible for independently resolving cases, exercising sound judgment in gray‑area situations, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and processes. The Specialist will also support and maintain a specific HR program or process area, ensuring accurate execution, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Bilingual Preferred: Desired additional languages are Spanish, French, Portugese or Haitian Creole.
