  Overview

  We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building products and components according to specifications, ensuring quality at every step, and keeping production running smoothly.   Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and products following blueprints, work instructions, and technical diagrams
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safety and efficiency
  • Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
  • Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
  • Follow all safety protocols, including PPE requirements and equipment procedures
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
  • Complete production logs, documentation, and inventory tracking as required

  Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not always required
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, diagrams, and measurements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift (typically up to 25–50 lbs)
  • Basic math and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  Work Environment

  • Fast‑paced production floor
  • Exposure to machinery, tools, and moderate noise levels
  • Use of PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
  • May involve repetitive motions and extended periods of standing

  Job Type & Location

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Amelia, OH.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
