  Join our team in Statesville, NC where we specialize in the production and assembly of front-end loader and smaller tractor equipment. This role is a fast-paced production assembly position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

  Responsibilities

  • Position parts according to unit specifications or utilize blueprints.
  • Assemble and fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners with hand tools, power tools, or air tools.
  • Remove small quantities of metal to achieve close fits between parts.
  • Operate machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations as specified.
  • Maintain a clean work area through basic housekeeping duties throughout the shift.
  • Be open to taking on additional roles as requested by supervisors or managers outside of typical assembly duties.

  Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably assembly.
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience working with hand tools and power tools.
  • Blueprint reading experience.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders.
  • Capability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in assembly manufacturing environment is preferred.

  Work Environment

  Work in a very clean, climate-controlled environment with a schedule of 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and occasional Fridays as needed, offering the potential for a three-day weekend.

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Statesville, NC.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
