Job Description
- Req#: JP-005814170
- Complete scheduled and routine maintenance work.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
- Tear down rotating assemblies, diagnose failures, and write detailed reports.
- Assemble machine and rotating assemblies once all parts are restored to OEM condition.
- Read blueprints and drawings, and measure for bearing clearance and shaft diameters using inside/outside micrometers.
- Dismantle machines as required.
- Move and align machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
- Utilize hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools.
- Operate cranes and forklifts.
- Use large bearing pullers, torches, and perform light TIG welding.
- Install both new and existing machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment reliability issues.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Experience with mechanical assembly and repairs.
- Proficiency in welding and industrial mechanical repairs.
- Skill in machine alignment, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in using hoists, dollies, rollers, and lift trucks.
- Capability to operate cranes and perform light TIG welding.
- Familiarity with using large bearing pullers and torches.
