      Job Purpose

      To support the Nedgroup Investments Cash team deliver on their sales and service goals and deliver an exceptional client service to their clients.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
      • Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and a seamless experience.
      • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
      • Identify and resolve common service breakdowns, implementing corrective measures to enhance client satisfaction.
      • Monitor daily cash CRM flows and track client instructions to ensure operational efficiency.
      • Support Cash Business Development Consultants with administrative tasks and client engagement activities.
      • Collate and distribute monthly and quarterly client reports accurately and on time.
      • Ensure timely distribution of market-related information to clients and stakeholders.
      • Provide performance data to survey providers within required timeframes.
      • Assist in planning and executing client events, ensuring high-quality delivery and engagement.
      • Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems, adding value to Nedgroup Investments.
      • Reduce application errors and improve data quality by identifying frequent issues and implementing corrective actions.
      • Stay informed on relevant legislation and industry changes by engaging with newsletters, websites, and training sessions.
      • Share knowledge within the team to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to stakeholders.
      • Contribute to a culture that supports transformation goals by participating in Nedbank culture-building initiatives (e.g., staff surveys).
      • Demonstrate alignment with Nedgroup Investments’ vision and values in all interactions.
      • Take ownership of personal development by identifying training opportunities and completing learning activities and certifications within required timeframes.

      Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

      • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
      • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

      Preferred Qualification

      Bachelor of Commerce or Investments Qualification

      Minimum Experience Level

      1 - 2 years Asset Management and Banking experience
