      Summary: The Activity Director Assistant is responsible for providing activities arranged by the Activities Director for all residents for 7 days per week per State and Federal regulations, administrative duties involved with the Activity Department, the training and supervision of Volunteers and overall communication with other departments within the Skilled Nursing Facility and within the community. Responsible for providing the Activities Director with required participation information and assessment information for the Activities Director to enter into the charting system.

      Duties:

      • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
      • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations company policies and procedures
      • Supporting the mission, vision and values of the organization.

      Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Long Term Care experience preferred.
