- Under the supervision of the Culinary Services Director, our Assistant Culinary Services Director is responsible for training, scheduling, and guiding the dietary team toward delivering exceptional culinary service
- Oversees the food service program with dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- Conducts inventory and purchasing activities while ensuring that budget guidelines are achieved
- Plans and prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions
- Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas
- Attends continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
- Must hold current ServSafe Food Handling certification
- Prior senior/supportive living experience desired
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
