Job Description: This position, part of the University Bursar department within the CFO Division, is responsible for providing effective leadership within the University Bursar team by managing operational processes along with providing strategic support and analysis. In this role, the individual will direct and manage select operational teams associated with Student Account Services, Sponsored Student Billing Services, Waivers & Exemptions, and Student Refund Services. The effective individual will provide oversight to managers on day-to-day operations to support the business strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and exceptional customer service. The incumbent must be a driver of transformation, manage change initiatives to ensure successful implementation, possess strong relationship building and communication skills both in person and in writing, and model exceptional customer service.
Expected Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 annually
Preferred: Ability to work and maintain effective working relationships with others; to understand, interpret, and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures; to effectively communicate in writing and orally; to complete work according to scheduled deadlines; to work with limited supervision; to utilize problem solving techniques and to work independently.
