This role is responsible for driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs, supporting technician teams, and ensuring equipment uptime across high-volume conveyor and robotics environments.

If you thrive in fast-paced operations, enjoy being in the field, and know how to lead maintenance teams across multiple sites, this role offers both impact and long-term growth.

      What This Role Does

This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role overseeing several sites. You will partner closely with Maintenance Managers and technicians to ensure safety, reliability, and performance standards are met across all locations.

      Day-to-day responsibilities include:

      • Traveling between sites to provide operational oversight and support

      • Leading daily safety and planning meetings with maintenance teams

      • Reviewing, prioritizing, and assigning preventive and corrective work orders

      • Conducting facility and equipment inspections (conveyors, robotics, MHE)

      • Coaching technicians and frontline leads on troubleshooting and best practices

      • Monitoring KPIs, downtime trends, and maintenance data to drive improvements

      • Supporting staffing, training, and performance management of maintenance teams

      • Ensuring all sites meet C&W and customer safety and quality standards

      What We’re Looking For

      • 4-year degree or 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience

      • 3+ years leading maintenance teams in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments

      • Experience with conveyor systems and automated/robotic equipment strongly preferred

      • Proven experience supporting multiple sites or large operations

      • Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and team leadership skills

      • Comfortable working in the field and being on call as needed

Why This Role Is a Career Builder

High performers in this role commonly advance into:

Maintenance Manager → Senior Maintenance Manager → Regional Maintenance Manager → Reliability or Program Leadership roles

You will gain direct exposure to multi-site leadership, customer partnership, and large-scale operations management.

      Compensation & Schedule

      • Salary: $95,000 – $116,000 + 10% bonus

      • Schedule varies by site needs

      • On-call support required across locations
