What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support strategies to drive store sales and enhance customer experience
- Recruit, hire, and develop effective Brand Associate and Expert teams
- Own and manage an assigned area of responsibility within the store
- Implement action plans to maximize operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and company standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
