- Responsible for the testing of the end user production process to ensure that final products meet the company standards.
- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and design tests to mitigate risks.
- Identifying whether products are functional, reliable, and meet the end user's expectations.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to assess completeness.
- Document Testing by Creating QA artifacts including test plans, test strategies, detailed test cases, defect reports and final summary.
- Communicate findings from test results to the development team.
- Monitor efforts and track progress of testing.
- Ensure that the final product satisfies the requirements and meet end-user expectations.
- Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.
- Communicate Process Changes to L&D
- Schedule and facilitate calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Mortgage Originations Experience Required- In any of the following- Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Closing
- Originations LOS Experience Encompass/HELOS; knowledge of business testing preferred.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and setting and managing expectations.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on broadening/adding new skills and learn new technologies.
- Works well as an individual and with a team.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a UAT Testing and Validation Analyst with experience originations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or operations process. As a UAT Testing and Validation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of system and process changes, while also meeting required timelines. A UAT tester Validation analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that process and system changes meet the needs and expectations of end uses before it is released to production. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end testing, documenting and communicating change throughout the lending originations platform.
