What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a supervisor for clinical functions, staffing assignments, and care coordination
- Serve as the main onsite leadership in the absence of the Nurse Manager
- Oversee patient placement and throughput within the department
- Plan and implement unit orientation for clinical staff, including RNs and CNAs
- Promote practices that enhance patient safety and reduce human error
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of hepatology knowledge and nursing experience
- Previous charge, lead, or supervisory nursing experience
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State or active Multistate License
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a hepatology or specialty care setting
- Advanced certifications in nursing or related fields
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with clinical standards and patient safety practices
