Job Description

- Recruit and train new employees
- Manage existing employee schedules and make any needed change
- Open and close the store
- Evaluate store sales, prepare reports and suggest ways to increase sales and improve business KPIs
- Assist the Store Manager in the development of the business or recruiting programs
- Relevant retail experience in a managerial role
- Business acumen and commercial focus that drives to constantly look for ways to improve
- Excellent team leadership skills
- Managerial skills and customer service skills
- Fluent English and Italian, other languages are considered a plus
- Constant desire for improvement

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for one of our outlet store in Parndorf.
The Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Manager in day-to-day management of employees, business operations, inventory and more.
