  Regeneron is currently looking for an Associate Business Analyst-Process Analytics to join our Process Data Management team. Process Data Management supports the Manufacturing and Process Sciences departments by monitoring manufacturing process performance, performing data analyses, and using quality engineering tools in order to ensure that Regeneron continues to produce safe and effective products. This position will be responsible for completing Business Analyst and Data Engineering tasks around the electronic data sources at Regeneron. In this fast-paced environment, Business Analysts have an opportunity to work on numerous aspects of the process and business.

  As an Associate Business Analyst-Process Analytics, a typical day might include the following:

  • Gathering requirements from users, evaluating existing systems, and providing guidance on the utilization of potential new systems.
  • Interfacing and collaborating with various departments across the business (Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Automation, IT, etc.) to support the efficient transfer of data.
  • Analyze existing or proposed systems to identify areas of improvement or modification. This includes understanding the software, hardware, and network systems currently in place.
  • Analyzing data sources, collating data, and translating business requirements into system specifications and detailed test plans.
  • Presenting on project proposals, status, and team metrics during cross-functional meetings.
  • Automating routine tasks and data solutions to continuously improve processes.

  • Hae working knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases

  • Love data and problem solving.
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Can work in a team environment but can also take ownership of projects.
  • Can develop and drive scientific and/or business-related improvement ideas.
  • Have some coding experience or knowledge.

  To be considered for the Associate Business Analyst-Process Analytics you must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. You must have a BS/BA in science, engineering, information technology management, computer science or a related field. Experience with software development lifecycle and coding is strongly preferred. Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

  The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.

  Salary Range (annually)

  $58,480.40 - $106,300.00
