      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales and gross profit goals through participation in key sales initiatives and programs
      - Proactively seek new sales opportunities and engage with dental laboratory customers
      - Plan and implement strategies to increase market share in lab consumable products
      - Attend sales meetings, conventions, and industry events to promote products and build relationships
      - Collaborate with Tele-sales and Hi-Tech team members to maximize account opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Typically 0 to 3 years of professional sales experience; some sales experience preferred
      - Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in dental or lab sales
      - CRM experience
      - Industry certifications related to dental products
      - Active learner with a strong desire to grow skills and product knowledge
      - Proven track record of successful customer engagement and negotiation skills
