      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage product lifecycle for Advanced Career Training catalog, including new builds and compliance updates
      - Conduct competitive and bilingual market research to inform strategy and localization
      - Draft Product Strategy Documents and support product planning materials
      - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and enablement materials
      - Assist with third-party vendor reviews and onboarding processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Product Management, project management, program management, or policy/compliance management
      - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
      - Strong multitasking and project management skills
      - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet
      - Familiarity with SEO, competitive intelligence, and localization practices
      - Experience in education, workforce development, or bilingual content development
