What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of machine learning and protein AI models for receptor-ligand interactions
- Drive a fast-paced ingredient discovery and development pipeline utilizing data science and AI
- Perform in silico screening, docking analyses, and energy calculations
- Collaborate with global scientific community and contribute to successful project execution
- Support formula creation and product development with data science models and data pipelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. or similar experience in Receptor Biology, Structural Biology, Computer Science, AI, or a related field
- 5-10 years of academic or industrial experience in ingredients or small molecule discovery
- Strong skills in computational structural biology, virtual docking, and molecular dynamics simulations
- High proficiency in machine learning, Python, and code management
- Experience in leading R&D projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

- Proven record of accomplishments demonstrating innovation and entrepreneurial drive
- Familiarity with modern protein AI tools and effective coding practices
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading R&D teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-experts
