What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in managing facility projects including repairs, equipment replacements, and minor improvements
- Support budget tracking, invoice review, and change order documentation
- Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and reports
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables, escalating issues as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, facilities, construction, or operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Experience in facilities management or construction-related projects
- Familiarity with project management software
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of real estate and healthcare infrastructure
