What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Market, position, and sell the employer's Group Benefits portfolio products and technology solutions to designated brokers
- Support the wellbeing of broker and client relationships to enhance sales and retention
- Build, develop, and maintain broker relationships while representing the employer’s vision
- Achieve or exceed personal sales production expectations based on market business plans
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase sales of product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to achieve or exceed personal sales production expectations established by management
- Must obtain required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain through Continuing Education
- Strong collaborative skills to build rapport in person and virtually
- Exercise sound judgment and integrity in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or business development within the insurance or employee benefits sector
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets or goals
- Strong understanding of the Group Benefits market and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
