      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices for customers
      - Conduct sessions to help customers maximize the value of the Wiz platform
      - Develop and run community-based engagement opportunities, such as webinars
      - Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations
      - Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding Wiz usage across customer organizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer)
      - Willingness to learn about cloud and cybersecurity technologies
      - Understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
      - Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security considerations
      - Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with technical support or solutions engineering in a SaaS environment
      - Knowledge of risk management strategies in customer success
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
      - Previous experience in training or mentoring roles
      - Understanding of industry trends in cloud security
