      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure the optimal performance and regulatory compliance of medical imaging systems
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology development projects
      - Support requirements testing and documentation to minimize production defects
      - Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management regarding project status
      - Participate in project management initiatives and assist in capturing capability needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant experience
      - Experience in medical imaging systems administration, PACS administration, or a similar role within a healthcare environment
      - Proficiency with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems
      - Strong understanding of DICOM and HL7 standards
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
      - Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Framework Group (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
      - Lean/Six Sigma experience
      - Familiarity with network configurations and server management
      - Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
