- Primary liaison and manager of the Event Management System (EMS) including initial implementation, ongoing maintenance and providing guidance to users on our features. Work with external EMS vendor and internal support partners to ensure execution of contract deliverables, troubleshooting and financial reconciliation.
- Use expertise in event technology, including knowledge of event apps, virtual platforms and registrations systems to provide a cohesive virtual event experience for participants and presenters.
- Provide guidance for speakers presenting through the virtual platform and to a virtual audience including supporting the development of training materials, conducting rehearsals and day of monitoring.
- Contribute to the creation of virtual execution plans for each assigned event using the Event Management System (EMS), collaborative workflow management tools and applicable systems to ensure the proper execution of virtual and hybrid events including when applicable, platform set up, abstract collection, speaker management, content distribution and development of relevant production timelines while ensuring application.
- Manage development and distribution of “virtual run of show” for assigned events in collaboration with our teams and virtual platform providers to provide a holistic approach is taken in presenting a cohesive event experience.
- Collaborate with our teams including Event Operations, Conference Production, Marketing and Sales to deliver all relevant information required to produce hybrid and virtual events.
- Collaborate on the management of virtual production related expenses following event budget and expense forecasts. Responsible for accurate forecasts and reconciliations of virtual event platform and related expenses together with Operations, Conference Production and Finance teams.
- Review predictive models and registration reports to monitor revenue and contribution status. Accountable for collaboration with team members, department management and partners to support efforts to promote revenue and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in project management, marketing or event related area
- Experience in virtual conference or event project management
- Experience with accounting or finance profession

Reporting to the Senior Manager-Virtual Events, you will manage the configuration of important elements of assigned virtual events including the agenda, platform features, and help design the virtual engagement. In addition to content organization and preparation of the virtual environment, the Associate Virtual Event Producer provides internal partners with technical support and customer service throughout each phase of event production. This is a Hybrid position, ideally with the candidate on the East Coast.
