  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist the audit team with audit tests and preparation of audit documentation
  - Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records and financial statements for accuracy and compliance
  - Develop and maintain budgets, providing periodic reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs
  - Ensure compliance with tax requirements by computing taxes owed and preparing tax returns
  - Direct the work activities of accounting and bookkeeping personnel through preparation of forms and manuals
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required
  - 3-5 years of financial and/or accounting experience required
  - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  - Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Advanced degree in a financial discipline preferred
  - CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  - Prior experience as an auditor in financial services, particularly with mid to large-sized organizations
