      Job Description

      As a Director of Product Management at Enlyte you will own an auto medical bill review product line and work with the product management and product delivery teams on all aspects of the software development of new features/enhancements and develop go-to market plans for the Casualty Solutions Group product suite. You will be responsible for leading the team to create a vision for our customer-focused user experiences, inspiring others to support your vision, working with engineering teams to bring the vision to life and ultimately delivering products that are known for their robust and innovative capabilities.

      Apply your experience with medical bill review to drive strategic vision and market positioning for our auto product line to maximize business value and competitive advantage. Develops comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and business plans based on market research, customer insights, and industry trends. Understands the industry and market needs. Identifies market opportunities, defines value propositions, and establishes pricing strategies to drive market share and revenue growth. Partners with executive leadership to align product direction with company goals while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery. Owns the "why" and "what" and "where we are going" for product direction, translating industry innovation, customer needs and competitive intelligence into product requirements that Product Owners can execute. Guides and mentors a product management team on each of these skills. As a Sr. Director of Product Management, you will oversee a team of 5+ product managers. You will be personally responsible for and direct your team in the following activities:

      • Lead and coach a team to high performance in product management
      • Be responsible for revenue growth and margin improvement
      • Develop strategies to improve unit economics over time
      • Conduct customer, market, and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and unmet user needs.
      • Develop a comprehensive, unified and modern infrastructure for product reporting
      • Identify new revenue streams through extended functionality or market expansion
      • Prepare and present business cases and plans as necessary to justify proposed solutions and business investments.
      • Responds to RFPs with compelling positioning
      • Develop 12-18 month roadmap supporting the vision
      • Develop content for customer meetings
      • Present product vision and value proposition to support sales efforts
      • Execute go-to-market campaigns for new product launches
      • Collaborate with UX teams through discovery, design and user validation of new and updated user interfaces.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Masters or MBA preferred.
      • Requires a minimum of 12-15+ years of relevant work experience.
      • Requires prior leadership experience
      • Requires in depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry
      • Knowledge of First Party Auto medical bill review platform preferred.
      • Must have demonstrated excellent business judgment and strategic aptitude.
      • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention and focus on detail.
      • Quick learner with superior verbal and written communication and presentations skills.
      • Adept at building relationships at all levels of the organization both internally and with customers
      • Experience conducting market research and identifying business development opportunities required.
      • The ability to interact with and form trusting relationships with internal and external customers from a variety of backgrounds, experiences and at all levels of the organization.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $130,000 - $160,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
