What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales and generate new business while developing existing accounts
- Interact face-to-face with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships
- Prepare customized quotes based on complex customer requirements
- Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure technical requirements are met
- Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customer concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of experience or an equivalent combination
- Knowledge of industrial products such as power transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence customers while maintaining healthy relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales within the industrial products sector
- Familiarity with key sales principles and best practices
- Proven ability to work with limited direction and take initiative
- Experience coordinating with vendor resources to support sales efforts
