      Join an innovative team in the aerospace industry and contribute to the development of advanced spacecraft. This role involves working on the unique avionics and structures architecture of a full fly-by-wire spaceship! Positions are located at Mesa Gateway Airport.

      Compensation: $30 - $37/hour

      *Anyone who works a shift with days on Saturday or Sunday will get a $3 shift differential for those days, but those days only.

      Per Diem: Per diem package available for qualified candidates!

      Type of Contract: 6 Month Contract – not guaranteed to go on permanent, but there is a possibility

      Tools/PPE Needed: No, provided by client

      Job Title: Avionics Technician

      Shift: 2nd Shift 4:00pm –2:30am Thurs – Sun

      What You'll Do

      • Install and build avionics wiring and harnesses on a fly-by-wire spacecraft
      • Route, tie, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires
      • Install avionics components (LRUs, sensors, DAUs)
      • Troubleshoot electrical and avionics issues
      • Use standard avionics tools (multimeter, soldering iron, crimpers, wire strippers)
      • Follow drawings, work instructions, and safety/FOD procedures
      • Work closely with other technicians and engineers on the shop floor

      Required Qualifications:

      • 3+ years of avionics or aircraft electrical experience
      • Hands-on wire harness installation and troubleshooting experience
      • Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
      • Comfortable using computers to follow work instructions
      • High school diploma (or equivalent)
      • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE

      Job Title: Structures Technician

      Shifts: 1st Shift 6:00AM-4:30PM Mon-Thurs

      1st Shift 6:00AM-4:30PM Thurs-Sun

      2nd Shift 4:00PM-2:30AM Mon-Thurs

      Job Overview:

      Primary tasks will be associated with the unique bonding and assembly processes used in the production of the airframe. This position will involve setting up assembly fixturing, drilling, fay sealing, fastener installation, trimming/fitting of components, and other dynamic and manufacturing operations. Must have ability to safely and correctly drill a variety of hole sizes in both composite and metal structures, including stack-ups of dissimilar materials. Assembling composite parts and assemblies of varying complexities and sizes.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Minimum of three years of experience with aircraft fabrication and assembly required or equivalent industry

      • Hands-on experience in a precision yet manual manufacturing setting strongly preferred

      • Understanding and familiarity with multiple types of fasteners

      • Knowledge of proper drill speeds and feeds for materials being worked

      • Understanding of hole angularity and the importance of hole tolerances

      • Proficient in using specialized tools and equipment to assemble and or repair aircraft

      • Proficient in identifying, installing, and removing common aircraft fasteners

      Preferred in both skillsets:

      • A&P training or certification
      • Experience building/installing LRUs
      • Spacecraft or advanced aerospace experience
      • Lean manufacturing familiarity

      The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
