Job Description
- Req#: R-1174978
- Manage and grow key eCommerce pure play accounts
- Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and promotional calendars.
- Drive revenue, market share, and profitability for B&W Categories.
- Build strong relationships & lead negotiations with buyers, category managers, and trade partners.
- Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure demand creation.
- Prepare business reviews and present insights to internal stakeholders.
- Min 2 years experience in leading e-Commerce commercial team.
- Experience with major retailers/marketplaces and executing Joint Business Plans
- Excellent business acumen (P&L, pricing, trading terms)
- Skilled in negotiation, and building client relationships
- Excellent leadership skill, able to drive his/her own team and cross functional team to deliver business agenda.
