      Cygnet Group are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care to join our team at Morgan House. Youll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Morgan House. Morgan House is a new residential service, located in Stoke-on-Trent, for five people who are ready to live more independently in the community. It offers a safe, comfortable, homely setting to provide a therapeutic environment that empowers residents to meet personal goals and live fulfilling lives. At Morgan House, we will concentrate on community-based activities with the residents, such as the use of public transport, shopping, accessing community groups, education and vocational therapy, job placements, work experience, and development of hobbies and interests.

      • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
      • Assist with medical & welfare needs
      • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
      • Safeguard
      • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
