      We have an exciting opportunity for Ward Nurses to join our Ward team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a Bank basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate plus benefits.

      Your responsibilities will include to:

      deliver safe, effective and evidence-based nursing care to patients and their families within the Ambulatory Surgical Unit ward.

      work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve/maintain an outstanding, patient-focused service.

      provide support/ education to more junior members of staff and supervise Healthcare Assistants.

      • Have current and relevant experience as a surgical nurse in day surgery ideally within the private healthcare sector.
      • Experience of supervising HCA's.
