Less than a block from Union Square, our hotel is a short walk from San Francisco’s galleries, restaurants, and shops along Geary Street. We’re two miles from Fisherman’s Wharf and six miles from the Golden Gate Bridge. Enjoy dinner and drinks at our restaurant and bar and catch the cable car just outside our doors when you’re ready to explore the city.
COMPENSATION: $20.00/hr
PM, overnight and weekend shifts required.

This role embodies exceptional Guest Services within our Food & Beverage team. As a Bartender, you wield the power to create a memorable experience for our guests by expertly crafting cocktails and serving delicious food with warmth and enthusiasm.
Essential Job Functions:
• Provide our guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness
• Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently for each guest
• Maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and readily accessible
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
• Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all refrigeration, storage, and work areasPhysical Demands:
• Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
• Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment
Qualifications:
Education:
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Completion of Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred
Experience:
• Minimum 1-year Bartender experience in a similar role, size of operation required, hotel experience preferred
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
