What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop behavior analytic programming based on formal assessments and observations for assigned clients
- Monitor and modify programming based on client performance and needs
- Conduct assessments and make clinical recommendations based on results
- Maintain documentation, reports, and data collection for assigned clients
- Supervise behavior technicians and provide direct one-on-one services as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State licensure required
- Completion of BACB-required 8-hour supervision training
- Strong organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2
- Familiarity with clinical recommendations for ASD according to the DSM-V
- Previous experience in staff training and supervision
