      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement behavior analytic programming based on assessments for assigned clients
      - Monitor and modify programming according to client performance
      - Conduct assessments and make clinical recommendations addressing ASD symptomology
      - Supervise and train behavior technicians in one-on-one programming for clients
      - Maintain thorough documentation and reports in compliance with organizational policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
      - BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
      - State licensure as required
      - Completion of BACB-required 8-hour supervision training
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
      - Additional certifications related to behavior analysis or related fields
      - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
      - Familiarity with various assessment tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2)
