What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet every customer enthusiastically and assist them in finding suitable beauty products
- Stay informed about featured brands, new arrivals, and beauty trends
- Demonstrate product knowledge across all beauty and personal care categories
- Maintain clean, stocked, and visually appealing displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals through suggestive selling and upselling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to learn about new products and share that knowledge
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous retail or beauty experience is a plus, but not required
