What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make decisions in partnership with management based on comprehensive understanding of claim facts
- Develop case files showcasing sound decision-making in accordance with documented procedures
- Thoroughly document all claim decisions and actions
- Review and determine ongoing claim liability
- Accurately determine financial liability by analyzing various factors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Foundational ability to analyze, comprehend, and apply insurance provisions and contracts
- Solid level of customer service (written and verbal)
- Ability to calculate disability benefits based on contract provisions
- Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft applications
- Promotion of a culture of diversity and inclusion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
