      Role Definition

      • As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first line of support for our customers—providing fast, clear, and friendly assistance. You’ll coordinate services, resolve issues, and offer recommendations that help solve our customer’s toughest challenges.

      What You Will Do:

      • Execute core customer service processes and manage customer accounts
      • Communicate directly with our customers to build strong, positive customer relationships, and provide an exceptional customer experience
      • Resolve customer enquiries with accuracy, clarity, professionalism, and empathy
      • Communicate directly with both Dutch and English-speaking customers to support our customers and business
      • Investigate issues and provide resolutions for our customers and business partners
      • Interpret, analyse, and process data to support effective decision‑making
      • Maintain detailed, compliant customer communication records
      • Collaborate with a broad range of teams to support our customers and partners

      Job Title: Customer Service Representative

      Salary: £34,237.00 – 54,780.00
      Contract: Permanent.
      Hours: In office Monday - Friday, full time 37.5 hours.
