      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with customers through various channels to understand their needs and concerns
      - Collaborate with colleagues to provide consistent and exceptional customer service
      - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, striving for first-contact resolution

      - Accurately document customer interactions and relay feedback for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Customer Service field; bilingual contact center experience is a strong asset
      - Fluent in both verbal and written English and French
      - Exceptional phone handling and active listening skills
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Office applications, including CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced medical environment
      - Familiarity with SAP systems
      - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
