      Job Description
      • Billing Management: Oversee the full billing cycle, including monitoring incoming requests, processing scheduled invoices twice monthly, and handling ad hoc billing as needed
      • Data Entry & System Management: Accurately input time data into internal systems, ensuring correct allocation across clients, periods, and task categories
      • Invoice Processing: Generate and manage invoices and proposals using designated billing software
      • Quality Auditing: Review and validate data entries, identifying discrepancies and flagging inconsistencies for correction
      • Communication: Collaborate with team members through internal chat tools, seeking clarification when needed to ensure task accuracy
      • Documentation: Develop and maintain clear SOPs and process documentation to support training and workflow consistency
      • Escalation: Raise complex or sensitive issues to appropriate stakeholders for further review and resolution

      Skill Set
      • Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals (debits and credits) • Comfortable working with US dollar transactions • Proficient in Google Sheets for calculations and data entry • Strong attention to detail with ability to identify irregularities and audit data • Effective written communication skills, especially in chat-based environments • Reliable and consistent in following established processes • Able to quickly learn new software systems • Willing to ask questions and seek clarification when needed • Must be based in the Philippines
